Science Policy Outreach: A Workshop For Emerging and Established Chapters

Presenters: Karen Hong, Executive Director of Science Policy and Fancesca Day, COO Europe, and Paul Shiu, Science Policy International Team

Science Cafes and outreach activities with high school students are a great addition to any Science Policy division. They are opportunities to widen your Chapter’s impact beyond your University. In this workshop, we will discuss how to start up and expand an Outreach Program, set up a simple Science Café, as well as looking at some case studies from the Cambridge Chapter. This workshop is designed for both emerging and established chapters.
